Increasingly, high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is recognized as a critical trait of the most successful business leaders. This one-day interactive Workshop for 20 participants, is designed to offer each participant the opportunity to assess their own Emotional Intelligence and gain insights into their leadership strengths and weaknesses. With two follow-up sessions for each participant, they will have deeper understanding about the importance of their EQ development as part of their leadership and career goals.
